To the capital of the Blues

To find out about the history of the blues, you have to fly to its home city of Chicago.

In many bars in the city, you’ll find live blues or jazz music. It’s a tradition that’s kept alive in the city, and where singers and musicians came from such as Muddy Waters, Koko Taylor and Carl Weathersby. To listen to good music, you only need these coordinates:

Chicago Blue: you will listen to live music from 7 in the evening. Before you go, you should ask for a pen so that you can leave your visit expressed on the wall with a “see you soon”.

The Buddy Guy: this offers you large portions of food, as well as good music. Don’t forget their cocktails.

Kingston Mines: the concerts start at 9pm and they last until 4 o’clock in the morning.

California Clipper: open since 1937, its decoration keeps up the Art Deco atmosphere that characterizes it. There’s live music here each Friday and Saturday from 10pm.
